1.Coordinate development and implementation of site-specific EHS plans and procedures consistent with corporate and BU policy, standards and goals.
2. Regularly review EHS performance, compliance and management systems and drive continuous improvement.
3. Coordinate actions required for compliance with applicable requirements.
4. Obtain EHS permits and governmental approvals as necessary for any new or modified site operations.
5. Coordinate and ensure delivery of required/appropriate EHS training for site staff.
6.Ensure timely submission of required EHS data and reports.
7.Coordinate review and analysis of incidents and implementation of corrective actions.
8.Regularly communicate with site staff, management, BU EHS leader and corporate staff as appropriate on EHS issues, performance and challenges.
1.Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement.
2.Bachelor‘s Degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
3.5+ years of EHS working experience.
4.Ability to communicate effectively with site staff, management and others.
